Established in 1986, Midlaj Group is a diversified organization based in Nepal with interests in real estate, government contracts and manufacturing. The group operates with a strong commitment to trust, quality and community responsibility.
The journey began with Rahaman Nirman Sewa established by Mr. Rahaman Miya, a respected figure whose leadership drove the group’s early success in government contracts and construction. In earlier years, through its sub-division R.N.S Khaddyan Suppliers, it also managed food supply government contracts for Nepal’s security forces. Alongside this, his involvement in real estate development in Nepalgunj strengthened the group’s presence in the property sector.
In 2018, his son Rihan Miya formally established Midlaj Group bringing these ventures together under one structure and expanding the organization’s focus.

Rahaman Nirman Sewa
The founding company of the group, continuing to manage government contracts and construction projects with a focus on quality execution and timely delivery. It also handled food supply government contracts in its earlier years through the sub-division R.N.S Khaddyan Suppliers.
Midlaj Properties Private Limited
Oversees the group’s real estate development activities, carrying forward the work established in Nepalgunj. This division focuses on residential and commercial projects that support urban growth and offer long-term value.
Midlaj Industries Private Limited
The group’s latest venture and first entry into manufacturing, purely founded by Rihan Miya. Operating under Midlaj Plywood, it is Nepal’s first UAF IAF-approved ISO 9001:2015 certified plywood manufacturer, producing plywood, block boards, flush doors and core veneers for the domestic market and exports to India.
